Top Shelf Breeders is the West Coast's premier barrel racing breeding incentive — a program built to reward excellence in performance horse breeding and to fuel the growth of the barrel racing industry. Through a one-time enrollment, breeders can nominate their stallions and mares, and the resulting foals become eligible for championship payouts at sanctioned events throughout the season, including our flagship annual race at the Rafter 3C Arena in Fallon, Nevada.

The platform is designed for breeders, stallion and mare owners, foal nominators, and barrel racers who want a clear, transparent path to compete for added money. From stallion and mare enrollment to foal nominations, change-of-ownership transfers, event sidepots, and real-time leaderboards, every part of the program is organized in one place so members can track eligibility, review rules, and find sanctioned competitions with confidence.
